On Dec. 3rd, 2018 the CVCAC celebrated their Open House with a ribbon cutting in Harlan, Ky. with the Harlan County Chamber of Commerce.

With support from the Elgin Children’s Foundation, victims of child abuse can get help and free counseling in Harlan County without having to travel to London, Ky.
