London Office
Established in 1997, the CVCAC was a project taken on by Commonwealth Attorney Tom Handy and Victim Advocate Missy Bundy along with the help of the London Younger Women’s Club. The CVCAC is a full member of the Kentucky Association of Children’s Advocacy Centers. The Center is located at 1130 E. 4th St., London, Ky. 40741.
There are 15 children’s advocacy centers across the state of Kentucky.

Harlan Satellite Office
Established in 2018, the expansion of the CVCAC to Harlan was made possible by the Elgin Children’s Foundation, Tim Rogers and Paul Phillips’ support and for advocacy for it. The Sugar Ridge Land Company assisted in finding the perfect location. The satellite office serves Harlan and Bell Counties. The Center is located at 211 East Central Street, Suite 101, Harlan, Ky. 40831.
